Why should we have pet waste removed from our property?The average dog poops about 1 or 2 times and eliminates ¾ lbs. every day adding up to over 5 lbs. a week and, brace yourself, over 274 lbs. a year. One tiny gram of dog waste, about the size of a kernel of corn, contains upwards of 20 million toxic germs according to the EPA. Many people do not realize how easily fecal coliform and other dangerously toxic bacteria found in dog waste can be transmitted to them. Harmful organisms embedded in dog waste survive for months on the ground and can be readily transmitted to children and adults.

What do you do with the pet waste collected?We compost all the pet waste we collect using several innovative above ground composting systems, specifically designed for composting pet waste easily and hygienically. Our goals are to prevent pet waste from ending up in the land fill and ultimately return carbon to the soil, and in so doing, rebuild the soil on a microbial level. We combine hot and cold composting, the use of our worm farms, controlled and monitored compost pile rotatory bin systems, and eco-fermentation bucket systems. Over a period of time, harmful pathogens from the pet waste are removed, and what is left fully processed, is then safely added to the soil of only ornamental and floral plants. All these organic composting methods are constantly ongoing, carefully monitored and rotated so as to ensure the smooth and uninterrupted process of the proper disposal of your pet's waste.

Do you use biodegradable and compostable bags?Yes please we do, for any waste collected or removed from a client’s property. Our unscented bags for pet waste are manufactured from 100% botanical plant components. We use only Cornstarch, BPAT (compostable polymer), and edible glycerin in the nature-based creation of our pet waste poop bags. All our products are TÜV AUSTRIA Home Compost Certified to be of ASTM D6400, EN 13432 and NF T51-800 standards.

How much is your curbside pet waste collection service?Whether you have a residence or a business operating a kennel or clinic, and in regardless of the number of dogs you have, our weekly Curbside Pet Waste Collection Service (weekly waste does not exceed one bucket) is $100 per month and $40 per additional bucket. If you need any assistance with your specific requirements, please feel free to contact us.

How does your curbside pet waste collection service work?We will drop off a branded bucket with a biodegradable liner, a pooper scooper and a pvc receptacle to hold your bucket, and your pooper scooper. Simply use the pooper scooper to pick up after your pet and put the waste in the bucket. With the help of our reminders, put your bucket out the evening before your weekly service day. (If you only wish to put your bucket out every two weeks, or once per month, that’s fine too. We’ll drive by and check for it every week. We will come on your service day to empty your bucket, clean and sanitize it, and put in a fresh, biodegradable liner. You’re ready for the week ahead and the entire process is repeated.

Where should I put my curbside pet waste bucket ?On your pet waste collection service day, ensure you position your bucket at the front or side of your house in a place that is clearly visible from the road. Our pet waste technicians do not go into backyards or inside your property for curbside collection service clients. Also, please aim where possible to put your bucket in the same place each week.

What if I forget to put my curbside pet waste bucket out?With our monthly service, you can put your bucket out as frequently (or infrequently) as you like. We’ll be by to check each week! If you forget to put your bucket out, rest assured we’ll be back the next scheduled service day to collect your pet waste. Look out for our friendly reminders we send the evening before your service day each week.

How much is your weekly pet waste pick up service?For the busy pet parents who have no time to pick up after their beloved pets, we offer you our Weekly Onsite Pet Waste Removal Service starting from $150 per month depending on how many dogs you have and the size of your yard. Do you service my area and what would my service day be?We service all parishes Monday through Friday – your service day will be scheduled depending on your geographical location. Below are the service days and the parishes that are serviced those respective days for both our Curbside Pet Waste Collection & Weekly Pet Waste Pick Up Services. Mondays: St. George, St. Joseph Tuesdays: St. James, St. Peter, St. Lucy Wednesdays: Christ Church, St Michael Thursdays: St. Thomas, St Andrew Fridays: St. Philip, St. John We pride ourselves on being consistent in our service schedule to your property. If we collect your pet waste on Tuesday, then your pet's waste is going to be collected on Tuesdays every week. If there is ever a need to change your service schedule, then you will receive a text alert update, as well as an email update.

Is there any contract we must sign?We do not require any contract signed ever and best of all there are no set up fees. You simply pay your monthly service fee. In our opinion, your complete satisfaction is the only thing that should compel you to retain our services. This allows you to start and stop service at any time. However, if you must cancel your scheduled curbside pet waste collection service, we require a 48-hour cancellation notice during office hours Monday to Friday. Cancellation must be emailed and include the last date of service needed. As we are always aiming to improve our service, we would appreciate if you would share the reason(s) for cancelling your service.

How do you accept payment?For your convenience, we offer online payment via CIBC 1st Pay and Direct Bank Transfer. All banking information will be included on all invoices. We bill monthly on the 15th of each month for the following service month. All online payments must be completed by the 1st of each pending service month. Please note your first service invoice would be prorated according to your start date and will include the next month's service fee. An e-receipt will be emailed after each payment is received.

What if we need service during a special window of time?For our curbside pet waste collection service, most of the time we tend to arrive at about the same time your service day. We don't generally promise our arrival at the same time every week because we can't always guarantee it. We want to please you as a client, but providing customized service windows for that service has never been part of our business model. We don’t want to disappoint you by promising a service that we are not in the business of providing. Our routes are optimized against traffic flows to minimize driving time and avoid getting stuck in traffic. Varying factors can cause changes in our routes from week to week, such as severe weather, road construction, traffic accidents and the addition or subtraction of customers. Despite slender margins, we maintain our profitability because we retain the freedom to optimize our driving routes. We will send you a reminder the evening before the day of your scheduled service day so that you can place your bucket visibly outside on the side or front of your property for your pet's waste collection. For our Weekly Pet Waste Pick Up Service you are scheduled in for your service day based on your geographical location and your selection from the time slots available. For our other services such as the One Time Pet Waste Removal and Treatment, Pet Deodorization & Sanitization or Brown Spot Lawn & Grass Repair, we asked that you schedule your free site visit at least two (02) weeks before the actual required service date. Please note presently these services are only available on Saturdays by appointment only.

Will we have the same pet waste technician?You will be assigned to the same technician each week unless otherwise notified. There are times when one of us may have to stand in for a fellow technician on a sick day, personal emergency, holiday etc. We will always notify you of any changes to your service day or technician. Each of our professional and uniformed pet waste technicians are required to wear their ID cards visibly on them while conducting our services around any property.

Do we need to be present at the time of service?For our curbside pet waste collection service, you do not have to be present. Just simply place your bucket outside on your service day, we empty and sanitize your bucket, replace the liner, and position it where you left it for us. You then start another week of collecting your pet waste and the process repeats itself. For our Weekly Pet Waste Pick Up Service, we ask that if you wouldn't be present, please ensure we have access to your yard and that all your dogs are secured away from the area we will be scooping. We recommend that on signing up for this service, that you include any keys, or entry codes applicable to avoid any locked gates or entrances. We will aim to arrive at the same time and same service day each week and will contact you to remind you the evening before your service day ,when we are on our way, and when we have completed our scoop and left your property. Rest assured we will secure your property as per instructions and send you a photo to confirm the same. For our other services offered such as our One Time Pet Waste Removal and Treatment, Pet Deodorization & Sanitization or Brown Spot Lawn & Grass Repair, we request you or someone else be present. Please be assured as always, each time we will keep in contact with you to confirm and remind you of your service day, when we are on our way and when we have completed our service to you.

Will the rain affect our service?No. Rain generally doesn't slow us down much. We don full rain suits and waterproof boots and keep going. We generally stop only for serious lightning, extremely heavy rain, or if a severe storm, hurricane or other natural disaster is affecting the island. On these rare occasions, there may be a temporary delay in your service but we will resume as soon as it is safe to do so on the same day or next scheduled service day. We will keep you inform and updated every step of the way. Please note, for our monthly billing services such as the curbside pet waste collection and weekly pet waste pick up, any missed day(s) due to adverse weather isn’t reimbursed or refunded as we will return and collect all the waste that was missed.

What is your schedule on holidays?Should any of your service days fall on a major holiday, we will aim to deliver your service the next scheduled service day. We observe the following days: New Year's Day, Errol Barrow Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, National Heroes Day, May Day, Whit Monday, Emancipation Day, Kadooment Day, Independence Day, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day. Please note, as we are a monthly billing service, any missed day(s) due to a public holiday isn’t reimbursed or refunded as we will return and collect all the waste that was missed on the following scheduled service day.

What if we go on vacation?If you're going to be away, we recommend that you contact us, the minimal of 2 days or as early as you possibly can, prior to your planned vacation, so that we can confirm your proposed last service date. On that last service day, you can safely store your bucket, pooper scooper and receptacle on your property, and on your return, you can confirm when you are ready to resume your usual service. If you unfortunately forgot to let us know in time for your pending vacation, no worries. Regardless of whether you are early or late in letting us know, as we are monthly billing service, if you pause your service for the purpose of a planned vacation during that respective service month, we will prorate your invoice and you will be refunded for the service days not completed. We will also strive to complete your last service day, sanitized your bucket and replace the liner, so that you can safely store it on your premises until your return. We are moving. What should we do about our curbside pet waste collection or weekly pet waste pick up service?If you are an existing client there’s no reason your service has to end just because you are moving. We ask that you notify us with your new address and your moving date, as soon as possible and we will follow right behind you! The transition will be seamless. Just note, depending on which parish you relocate to, your service day may differ but rest assure we will keep you updated and confirm that new service day where applicable. What if we need to cancel our service?If you must cancel your scheduled curbside pet waste collection or weekly pet waste pick up service, we require a 48-hour cancellation notice during office hours Monday to Friday. Cancellation must be emailed and include the last date of service needed. As we are always aiming to improve our service, we would appreciate if you would share the reason(s) for cancelling your service. Please note as we are monthly billing service, if you cancel your service during that respective service month, we will prorate your invoice and you will be refunded for the service days not completed. Your service will be removed from our schedule and arrangements will be made to collect our curbside pet waste collection bucket, pooper scooper and receptacle.

What if we need to suspend our service?If you must suspend your scheduled curbside pet waste collection or weekly pet waste pick up service due to a vacation, we require at least a 48-hour suspension notice or earlier during office hours Monday to Friday, by email. In event of an emergency that results in you having to leave your property unexpectedly and for an extended period of time, just contact us as soon as you can. We will only pause service for period of 30 days. If we receive no contact from you and service does not resume after the 30-day period, you will be contacted informing you of the pending termination of your service and removal from the schedule, and arrangements will be made to collect the bucket, pooper scooper and receptacle from you. Please feel free to contact us so we can further assist with your specific suspension service request or query.

What other services do you offer?While removing and composting pet waste is what we are known for, we also offer a few other services. We provide pet waste sanitization and deodorization services that combat harmful pathogens and odors left by your pet respectively, and our brown spot treatment for areas of your grass that have turned brown due to pet urine.
