Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before you agree to any of the services offered by TailToppers Total Pet Care Solutions.
TERMS OF SERVICE (revised 02/07/24)
TailToppers Total Pet Care Solutions is an independently owned and operated business (“us,” “we” or “our”) that provides Curbside Pet Waste Collection, One Time Pet Waste Removal & Treatment, Weekly Pet Waste Pick Up Service, Pet Deodorization and Sanitization, and Brown Spot Lawn & Grass Repair to residences, businesses and commercial properties as well as Moving Service Certificates and Gift Certificates. The client agrees to the following terms of service (“Terms”) that govern the sales and services provided by us (“Services”). By accepting the Services, the client hires us for, the client is bound to these Terms. The client understands our ability to provide the Services can be dependent on weather, condition of grass height, access to their curbside bucket or property which is the client’s own responsibility, and other unknown outside influences.
OUR SERVICES

We offer residential and commercial pet services. These services include our Curbside Pet Waste Collection, One Time Pet Waste Removal & Treatment, Weekly Pet Waste Pick Up Service, Pet Deodorization and Sanitization, and Brown Spot Lawn & Grass Repair.
OUR PROPERTY
​
The curbside pet waste buckets, accompanying pooper scoopers and receptacles we provide for our valued clients, remain the sole property of TailToppers Total Pet Care Solutions at all times.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY
​
We assume the responsibility for the sanitization, general maintenance of each bucket, pooper scooper, and receptacle, and the installation of a fresh liner on each scheduled service day. If and when required, we will replace the bucket, pooper scooper and receptacle due to normal wear and tear. We will send the client a reminder via email and text message the evening before their scheduled service day so that they may have their bucket positioned and pet waste collected. For our One Time Pet Waste Removal & Treatment, Weekly Pet Waste Pick Up Service, Pet Deodorization and Sanitization, and Brown Spot Lawn & Grass Repair Services, we will ensure that all scheduled services are completed promptly, professionally and to the client's satisfaction.

CLIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY
​
Clients must read carefully, agree to and sign our Terms of Service and any quote submitted by us, prior to any service provided. In addition, for our One Time Pet Waste Removal & Treatment, Pet Deodorization and Sanitization, and Brown Spot Lawn & Grass Repair Services , a 50 % deposit paid is required prior to any of these service being provided. Clients are responsible for the general care and handling of the bucket, pooper scooper, and receptacle received for their Curbside Pet Waste Collection Service. Clients are asked to keep them safely and securely away from small children and pets, and to store them appropriately in the event of any adverse weather.

NO RESPONSIBILITY DISCLAIMER
​
We expressly disclaim liability for all damages and assume no liability or responsibility for any incidental or consequential loss, injury, or damage suffered by any client and or person as a result of the use or misuse of any of our curbside pet waste collection buckets, liners, pooper scoopers and receptacles.

ACCESSING YOUR CURBSIDE BUCKET
​
On the client's pet waste collection service day, the client, if they choose to, must ensure that they have their bucket at the front or side of their property in a place that is clearly visible from the road as they would usually do with their standard trash can. Our pet waste technicians do not go into backyards or inside of client's property for curbside collection. Also, clients are encouraged where possible to position their bucket in the same place each week. If the client forgets to put their bucket out, rest assured we will be back the next scheduled service day to collect their pet waste.
CURBSIDE BUCKET SERVICE WASTE ALLOWED

Clients are to only place their pet’s waste in the liner and bucket provided but we welcome (sticks, twigs, bark mulch, wood chips, weeds, grass, etc.) It helps with the composting process. However, clients are not to put any other form of waste and any plastic in the bucket.

ACCESSING YOUR PROPERTY
​
The client understands that if we can’t access the area requiring a One Time Pet Waste Removal and Treatment Service, Weekly Pet Waste Pick Up Service, Pet Deodorization & Sanitization Service or Brown Spot Lawn & Grass Repair Service due to locked or blocked gates or dogs in the designated area of service; the cleaning and or treatment service will be skipped and charges will still apply. If the client requests we return, a $25 BBD driving fee per site visit return will be added to the client’s bill. We ask that clients submit gate combinations or lock keys when they sign up for these said services to avoid locked gates, and or arrange that someone is present during the period the service is being completed, and all pets are secured safely.

LEAVES, DEBRIS AND TALL GRASS
​
We will always do our best to clean each property the best that we can for our One Time Pet Waste Removal and Treatment Service & Weekly Onsite Pet Waste Removal Service. We understand that maintaining a property is a lot of work and it may not always be in the best shape. The client understands that it can be very difficult to find dog waste in tall grass or in an area full of leaves or other debris. If the grass is overgrown, some dog waste maybe missed. If the client finds an excessive amount that we missed, please let us know as soon as possible at info@tailtopperspetcare.com. We will request that the client send us photos of those areas, and that any maintenance required around those affected areas be completed as soon as possible so we may schedule a return visit and complete our service for you.
PET POLICY
​
We love any and all pets, but clients must keep all dogs indoors or secured on any scheduled service day. We will always communicate with you before we arrive, when we have completed our service, and when we have left.
HOLIDAYS
​
We do not provide services on any public holidays. If the client’s scheduled curbside collection service day falls on any of these days, we will postpone service that day and resume the next scheduled service day. As this service is a monthly billed service, there are no refunds for a missed service day due to a public holiday as we still collect the waste the following scheduled service day as per usual. All other services will be scheduled around public holidays. We observe the following days: New Year's Day, Errol Barrow Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, National Heroes Day, May Day, Whit Monday, Emancipation Day, Kadooment Day, Independence Day, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day.
WEATHER
​
We will work through light rain as long as we can safely do so. The client understands we cannot work through severe thunderstorms, high winds, very extreme high temperatures, or flooding.
Therefore, in the event of any adverse weather, we will postpone service for that day, and resume the following scheduled service day of improved weather. In the aftermath, clients can expect slight delays in their pet’s waste collection due to the potential backlog that may be caused. However, we will endeavor to complete our schedule collection service as quickly as possible.

As our Curbside Pet Waste Collection & Weekly Pet Waste Pick Up Services are MONTHLY subscription services; we do not offer refunds for a missed day or days due to adverse weather, as we still collect the waste the following scheduled service day as per usual.

For other services we offer which include our One Time Pet Waste Removal & Treatment, Pet Deodorization and Sanitization, and Brown Spot Lawn & Grass Repair, if there is excessive rainfall or other extreme weather, we will contact the client to possibly reschedule their requested service to another date and time when we can complete our service. If in the unfortunate event, either the client or we are unable to determine a new proposed date, the client will be reimbursed for the deposit paid. For the delivery of standard gift certificates, we will deliver the same either later that day weather permitting or on the next day of improved weather. We will always keep you informed and updated at all times.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
​
Gift certificates can only be purchased and redeem for our Curbside Pet Waste Collection Service. To activate the gift certificate, the recipient simply visits our website, sign up for our Curbside Pet Waste Collection Service, select Gift Certificate in the "HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT US?" section and then enter the Gift Certificate Redemption Code number in the "Redemption Code" number section.

All gift certificates expire 6 months after purchase.

All gift certificates are non-refundable.​

Gift certificates can be purchased more than once by a single party. However, once purchased and issued to the recipient, it is non-transferable.

​Current clients cannot purchase gift-certificates and apply towards past-month bill.​

GIFT CERTIFICATE CLIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY
​
Clients are responsible for ensuring all information added is accurate, and reviewing carefully any messages they wish to add to the gift certificate before submitting their form. The client further understands we take no responsibility for any errors made once the form has been submitted.

DELIVERY OF GIFT CERTIFICATES
​
​Clients understand to allow up to 24 hours for the delivery of any digital gift certificate and between 2-3 business days for the delivery of any standard (physical) gift certificate.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
​
We accept online payment via CIBC 1st Pay and Direct Bank Transfer. We accept online payment via CIBC 1st Pay and Direct Bank Transfer. All banking information will be included on all invoices.

All quotes, estimates or rates are in Barbados dollars.
BILLING
​
Curbside Pet Waste Collection & Weekly Pick Up Services
​
We bill monthly on the 15th of each month for our Curbside Pet Waste Collection & Weekly Pick Up Services for the following service month. All online payments must be completed by the 1st of each pending service month.
​
Please note the first service invoice a client receives would be prorated according to their service start date and will include the next month's service fee. An e-receipt will be emailed after each payment received.

One Time Pet Waste Removal & Treatment, Pet Deodorization and Sanitization & Brown Spot & Lawn Repair Services
​
Our One Time Pet Waste Removal and Treatment, Pet Deodorization & Sanitization or Brown Spot Lawn & Grass Repair Services require a 50% deposit along with the client's agreement to our Terms of Service to retain service on our schedule. The balance is due on the completion of the job.
​
Moving Service Certificates
​​Prior to any issue of any Moving Service Certificate, the full amount quoted must be paid along with the client's agreement to our Terms of Service for our One Time Pet Waste Removal & Treatment Service. An e-receipt and the e-moving certificate will be emailed after payment received.
​
Gift Certificates
​​Clients are billed the amount as specified by them in the Gift Certificate Sign Up Form. Full payment must be received prior to any gift certificate being issued either electronically or physically. An e-receipt will be issued after payment.

ADDITIONAL FEES
​
The following are items we charge extra for:

Waiting – If the client makes us wait in access of 15 minutes or more to perform their One Time Pet Waste Removal & Treatment, Pet Deodorization and Sanitization, or Brown Spot Lawn & Grass Repair services. ($25 BBD/visit)

LATE PAYMENT POLICY
​
Curbside Pet Waste Collection & Weekly Pick Up Services
​
We bill monthly on the 15th of each month for our Curbside Pet Waste Collection & Weekly Pick Up Services for the following service month. All online payments must be completed by the 1st of each pending service month.

· An additional late fee of $20.00 BBD will be added to any unpaid invoice after 2 business days of the due date.
·Thereafter, if payment becomes more that 5 business days late, the client will be notified and removed from the service schedule. Arrangements will then be made to collect the curbside pet waste bucket, pooper scooper and receptacle from the client’s location.

One Time Pet Waste Removal & Treatment, Pet Deodorization and Sanitization & Brown Spot & Lawn Repair Services
​
Our One Time Pet Waste Removal and Treatment, Pet Deodorization & Sanitization or Brown Spot Lawn & Grass Repair services require a 50% deposit along with the client's agreement to our Terms of Service to retain service on our schedule. The balance is due on the completion of the job.
​
An additional late fee of $20.00 BBD will be added to any unpaid invoice after 5 business days of the due date. Thereafter, if payment becomes more that 15 business days late, the client will be notified and arrangements made to turn their account over to collections to recover the outstanding payment owed. In addition, the client understands any collection fees incurred, will also be added to the late fee and the outstanding balance owed.
REVISIONS

We provide the above Services to our clients subject to the Terms, which may be amended from time to time. Amendments will be effective upon our posting of such updated Terms to our website or via email. We recommend you visit online or check for our updates via email to review any changes in our practices. Your continued use of our Services shall constitute acceptance to any changes to the Terms.
We reserve the right to adjust and revise any initial quote and or invoice submitted from us to the client, if on the service day, the work determined and to be completed, includes additional tasks and or the pet waste removed exceeds what the initial request quote specified.
PRIVACY POLICY

We may collect personal information from our clients on our website or through any other digital or personal communication with it. Information collected by us is voluntarily provided by our clients and may include information such as their name, email address, phone number, and physical address. Our site may collect general information about the service clients are requesting such as the type of property and area needing service, the type and number of pets they have, and other general information. We collect information about our clients in order to provide them with our services only. We will never sell your information or send it to third parties.
CANCELLATION POLICY

We require no contract signed and any client can cancel our Curbside Pet Waste Collection Service at any time for any reason. If the client must cancel this service, we require a 48-hour cancellation notice during office hours Monday to Friday. Cancellation must be emailed and include the last date of service needed. As we are always aiming to improve our service, we would appreciate if you would share the reason(s) for cancelling your service.
Please note as we are monthly billing service, if the client cancels their Curbside Pet waste Collection Service during that respective service month, we will prorate the client’s invoice and they will be refunded for the service days not completed. Thereafter the last day of service, the client’s service will be removed from our schedule and arrangements will be made to collect our curbside pet waste collection bucket, pooper scooper and receptacle.
For any of our other services for which a deposit is required, once we have received a 48-hour cancellation notice, prior to the start of that service, the client will be refunded the deposit.
TERMINATION OF SERVICE

We look forward to building long-lasting relationships with each of our clients however we also reserve the right to stop service or refuse service if the conditions of the job become intolerable or put our staff in any jeopardy, or if payment for any of our services has and or repeatedly not been received by their respective due dates as per our policies.
